It sounds so very much like the great temple of balthazar with an auction house, access to UW FOW etc..
In fact i don't think the Temple serves any function other than a cross campaign meeting place, cos you can't do much else there apart from the isle of the nameless.
I think it would prolly jus be easier to upgrade the great temple of balthazar (funky fluro lights, disco ball etc xD)
Just cos its on the Battle isles doesn't mean u have to pvp to go there =P
Unless its cos you want to exclude the pvp players???

in case you never noticed....the Battle Isles are already centralized and accessible by all campaigns for PvP purposes, this new area would do the same thing except for PvE purposes, since right now all of PvP is pretty much centralized, and all PvE is split amongst campaigns.

/signed IF there is at least one place there with NO TRADING and all the resources named in the OP. Have places that allow trading of course, but please have a no trade place too.
The armors and anything else there should only be core because giving people access to armor sets from other campaigns there would cause them to lose money and create less reason for people to buy the other campaigns.
P.S.
FFXI already has all this lol... they have the 3 separate kingdoms each with it's own Auction House, then there is Jueno where everyone from all 3 kingdoms meet up and use the Auction House there more than the ones in their kingdoms since everyone goes there. It's actually why I have played FFXI more than Guild Wars over the last 2.5 years that I've had both games. If Guild Wars ever put an Auction House into the game and got rid of the trade channel, it would be 100x better game to play. No annoying trade spam, no spending hours upon hours trying to sell stuff by spamming a channel... just put it on the AH and go do more missions or farm or PvP.

Hmm im not sure, I have split opinions, on one hand no one should be restricted to not being able to play with a friend b-c they don't own the same chapter, on the other hand, all the chapters have their own newbie island (pre searing is the same principle but not an island) and if a person buys one chapter they might get confused when they see paragons and assassins running around when they only bought the first chapter, this confusion may be an issue as they would be a newbie to guild wars, I /sign this if it could be used to serve a legitimate purpose (Auction house is wanted by almost everyone, it'll make it alot easier) sure it will take away from sites like guru on the high end sale and stuff but many people that play guildwars don't have a guru account ´, I don't think anet will design something like this just for the purpose of hanging out and going AFK like you guys say, they need a reason :P so we have to give them a reason if we want this that will effect the game on a new scale (Auction House) <--

But take off the PvP restrictions for access and change that to needing access to one hard mode at least which means that you need to have completed one campaign atleast to access it.
Love the idea of the zoo.... might add a resaturant aswell (explaining the meat which didnt qualify for the zoo... Jahai Rat burger and Phoenix steaks ftw )

The closed doors and the empty space in behind the Great Temple still looks suspicious for me...
Hm... really suspicious...
Why to add a place that you can only see once, nothing happens there, ans it's huge...
I still remember the doors and the overlooks...
